Forensics Team Succeeds Virtually

Senior class student Clara Anderson placed 7th at a virtual Forensics tournament on March 6^th in Dramatic Performance. The top 9 participants qualify to proceed to NCFL (National Catholic Forensic League) Nationals, which is also virtual tournament hosted by the National Speech and Debate Association during Memorial Day Weekend. Clara also took 1st place in her event of Poetry Interpretation. She received 1^st out of 35 entries from 22 schools. This qualified for her to participate in either State Festival or State Championships on May 1.

(Pictured from left to right) Josie Ware, Madelyne Koop, Clara Anderson and Hannah Whetstone placed 2^nd in their One-Act Play. The group will perform again at Regionals on April 17^th, in hopes of being able to compete in the State Festival as well.
